What happens if I don't use all my hours?

On Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans, unused hours roll over for one month. On Essentials, hours reset each billing cycle. We send weekly usage updates so you always know where you stand.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle with 30 days notice.

What types of work can I request?

Anything in our capabilities: full-stack development, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, bug fixes, performance optimization, code reviews, architecture planning, and IT consulting. If we cannot do it, we will tell you upfront.

How do I submit tasks?

You get a dedicated project board (Linear, Notion, or your preferred tool) and a Slack channel. Drop tasks in, tag priorities, and we take it from there. You can also email or message us directly.

What is the SLA?

SLA refers to how quickly we acknowledge and begin triaging your request. Essentials: 48 business hours. Growth: 24 business hours. Scale: 8 business hours. Enterprise: custom, as low as 4 hours including weekends.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All retainers are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days notice. We earn your business every month.

Do you work with our existing team?

Yes. We integrate into your existing workflows, attend standups if needed, contribute to your repos, and follow your coding standards. We are an extension of your team, not a separate silo.

What if I need more hours one month?

Additional hours are available at your plan's effective hourly rate. We will always confirm overage costs before proceeding so there are no surprises on your invoice.
