Last updated August 8, 2026. These terms govern use of the Possibility Engineering website. Specific client work is governed by the written agreement, accepted order, or other engagement terms for that work.
Website information
Site content describes capabilities, approaches, examples, and general service information. It is not a promise that a particular scope, timeline, price, result, integration, or level of support applies to every engagement.
Service engagements
Project scope, responsibilities, pricing, schedules, acceptance criteria, support coverage, intellectual-property terms, and other commercial terms are established in the applicable written engagement. Site information may change before an engagement is accepted.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use site functionality in a way that violates the rights of others.
Third-party systems
The site and client solutions may link to or depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, analytics, payment services, or other tools. Those systems have their own terms, availability, and security responsibilities.
Content and responsibility
Website content is provided for general informational purposes. Decisions involving production systems, security, compliance, finance, legal obligations, or other material risk should be evaluated against the facts and requirements of the specific situation.
